Fogo de Chão is a leading Brazilian steakhouse, or churrascaria, which has specialized in fire-roasting high-quality meats since 1979 utilizing the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco. Fogo offers guests a wide variety of simply seasoned meats, that are carefully fire-roasted to expose their natural flavors, including the house specialty picanha sirloin, filet mignon, ribeye, and lamb chops to name a few. Additionally, Fogo offers a gourmet Market Table & Feijoada Bar, which includes seasonal salads, soup, fresh vegetables, feijoada (traditional black bean stew with rice, fresh orange and yuca flour), and much more.

Prepare to arrive with a hearty appetite! We get the full experience every single time, and honestly who wouldn't? You get unlimited access to the salad buffet which includes cold cuts, fresh fruit, cheese, soup and more. And you get unlimited cuts of steak! Beef, pork, chicken, and sometimes shrimp. Be sure to try their Brazillian cocktails as well. I've been coming to Fogo de Chão for many special occasions now and the food and servers have always been on point. Definitely recommend this place!

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, because it was the holidays, but... For the price (and the wait, even though we had reservations) the food was just mediocre and the meat slicing servers "bum rush" you with more meat, before you have a chance to try your first cut and chew your first bite. I ended up getting a few slices of different cuts of beef, a dried out rib and a scrawny piece of chorizo. Most of it was cold by the time I got to it. I don't know about you folks, but I would personally prefer to sit and enjoy my wife's company without being interrupted every 30 seconds for more meat. Please, just bring me a meat sampler, all on one warm plate. Then, give us a little room to breath. That would much more enjoyable and thank you!

A decent place with decent service. Choosing the lunch choice is a good price for the high quality lunch bar, with additional payment for added meat choices. Only slight criticism was that when I went here with my friend our waiter was gone almost the entire time and did not give us our meat coasters (the red/green circles that signifies when you want meat---lunch will have the black ones for one-time meat) even though we ordered lunch with meat. We waited for over half an hour until I had to call in another waiter to help us. The initial waiter even got our water wrong...(asked for sparkling). The new waiter was much more experienced and remedied the prior not-so-good experience, but in the next visit we'll make sure to request to not have that other waiter serve us.

Staff is great. Bit pricey at $43 for lunch. No free dessert on your birthday which is a big minus. No grilled pineapples here like they have at Pampas.

Ordered the Fogo de Chão Experience. Every piece of meet was delicious. Service was great; servers were attentive and answered all questions with ease. Drinks were excellent and not watered down. Dinner crowd was mixed from casual families with their kids to business executives in full suits, but a comfortable experience nonetheless.

I love this restaurant! They give high quality food, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I love very much tasting all their food. The food is consistently of high qualtity, the service towards the clients is helpful. I often go to this place and I not even once was unsatisfied. Highly recommended.

This is a great place with nice and very friendly staff. The waiting time was 5 to 10 minutes.There are all sorts of neat that chefs are constantly bringing and if you have the card on your table facing up green side, they will come to you and ask if you would like to have a slice.This is very convenient and you can try lots of different dishes.Also they have nice salad bar and few menu items you can choose from.Keep in mind that kids under 6 are free to join parents food which is great!The Santana Row parking under the restaurant is big enough.

Had a great lunch with my wife. We go for the Market Table for all the great salads and Charcouterie. You get all the great sides including the mashed potatoes for the set price of $15.00. Find a better deal in the valley for that price.You want the great meats you can add those for a reasonable price depending on if you want like filet or grilled chicken is $6.00 more etc. Service and ambiance is always great.Nice dinner special going on right now called 4 for $40 that includes dessert. Will be going back for that soon.Great for any occasion but perfect for a date night or get a sitter for the kids.Forgot the great Happy Hour deals.. Just go.

Everytime i come to this place I always enjoy myself. This place differs from other Brazilian restaurants is that they have differently cooked meat so you can enjoy med rare to well done on the same stick.

Excellent place. Food was very good any plentiful. The staff was accommodating. We ended up just getting the main item and were full with in minutes :) highly recommend this place. Once you are done eating you can walk around the outdoor mall to help let your food settle :)

For a foodie, especially a carnivore foodie like me this is THE place to dine. High end atmosphere, fantastic service and all the deliciously seasoned meats you could ever want. 16 different cuts if I recall. Also, the salad bar is nothing to shake a stick at. Whether it's a business lunch/dinner, celebrating a life event or just going out for a nice meal, Fogo is definitely one of my top choices!

Great customer service, the salad bar didn't have as many options as the others I've been to, but how can I complain the selection was still pretty vast and I couldn't believe the Carrot Ginger soup was marked vegan - it was incredible !

It's good for the meat lover. You can eat any kind of meat unlimited. They have a salad and side dishes bar, and a choice of wines and cocktails. Also if you have birthday they offer you free complimentary dessert. Personal are kind and helpful. They have small tables just for two, and huge for a big group. They have tables for anyone. Iven highchair for the small ones.

Conveniently located in Santana Row, good place for lunch or dinner. The weekday lunch salad bar for $15 is reasonable, $40 with unlimited meats. The restaurant is nicely decorated, bright with outdoor seating. The salad bar had a good variety and fresh, the mashed potatoes and grilled bananas were deli! Next time will try the meats.

Great starting salad bar with so much food you can easily get full before the meat comes. We love this place but dont go too frequently cause it's not cheap and it's hard to not eat too much when there. The service is great, location is easy to find and park.

The service here is incredible and so is the food. The inside is very nicely decorated and it was immaculately clean. I ordered the experience during dinner time and it was so much food I would say it’s worth the price for a special occasion. I had never been to such a fancy expensive place before but felt very comfortable and was treated like a queen. The servers are very fast and knowledgeable if you have questions. I’m docking one star because when I arrived they seemed to have forgotten to set a table for my reservation. It wasn’t busy, but if I make a reservation for a specific time I expect a table to be ready. I also thought the polenta was very overcooked and the advertised plantains were regular bananas cooked similarly to plantains. Other than those minor criticisms I had an amazing time and would go again for a special occasion.

Delicious and very authentic Brazilian steakhouse. The Limeade was delicious and the meat selection was really great quality. The manager Laura and our server (Rafa) were very attentive and made sure we had an amazing first experience.We drove here from Sacramento and will definitely be coming back.This place is a must try!!

If you're looking for an experience or a place for a date, I'd say this is a good place for it. If you're looking for really good food, I'd go somewhere else. For the price that you pay here, you can get as much meat as you want. The meat is better than average, but it's not amazingly good. Their salad and fruit bar is on the small side, so choices can be limited

Recently had brunch at the Santa Row location and I must say that i was not satisfied with my Churrasco experience. I have been to so Many Fogo de Chao locations including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Austin, Washington DC, Portland and Beverly Hills and Te San Jose Santana Row did not meet my expectations. I booked through open table. When we were seated we waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come greet us and ask us for our beverage order. Then it took more than 10 minutes to get our beverage because they said they could not locate the bar tender keep in mind all i had ordered was a ginger ale with no ice.

Nice selection on salad bar and meats to table. I had email coupon which made it very reasonable. Staff is attentive but multiple people ask the same thing. Would have liked a better connection to one server than 6 people asking how I am doing so frequently

This is a nice sit down restaurant but please beware- there are some noticeable flaws. If you go in during a busy night, be ready to wait - EVEN if you have a reservation. It is extremely expensive and the sides were cold and unimpressive. Obviously, the star of the show should be the meat but that’s no excuse for them to be out of rice. As for the service, we had to wait sometimes 15 minutes for anyone to notice that we wanted some meat. I also ordered a glass of wine which was never delivered to our table and in fact, the server said there was no note of it. Overall, the meat was pretty good but we were hoping to get more of the traditional meats. Instead, we were met many times with “bacon wrapped chicken†or “Parmesan pork†which is fine but not the reason why we went there. The restaurant experience was fine but there could be improvements in every department.

Amazing service. The staff that bring the meat to the table were all very personable and friendly. They provided personal service to everyone at the table, treated kids like they were welcome, and took the time to give everyone great service. It was the same for all tables throughout the restaurant. Very impressive. The meat is amazing. Cooked to perfection, or they will cook some more and be right back with it.

Looking for someplace to eat late evening was not a good idea, but we found this restaurant. I highly recommend the chicken teriyaki. The cocktails here are also really good. I tried the bloody mary, which made me not disappointed, and the staff is extraordinarily friendly and attentive. We can recommend this place!
